Due to budget cuts, we need to reduce our personnel. We have a program for older employees to retire early to keep younger staff. It's called SLAP Sever LateAged Personnel.
Employees who are SLAPPED can request a review of their records, called SCREW Survey of Capabilities of Retired Early Workers. If needed, they can appeal, known as SHAFT Study by Higher Authority Following Termination.
